Nestled between bush clad hills and Mercury Bay's Buffalo Beach, our holiday apartments are only a five minutes walk from charming Whitianga village with its lively café and restaurant scene. There is an abundance of activities and attractions for all ages.

A great hide-away for members with opportunities to indulge in a large number of outside activities.

Distances:

5 minutes walk to Mercury Bay beach, marina and wharf, 5 minutes walk to Whitianga township with post office, banks, supermarket, restaurants and night life. Onsite pool, spa and gym 5 minutes walk to children's beach front park

Payment Policy:

Payment is required:
(a) One month before occupancy if the booking is made more than one month prior to occupancy.
(b) At least ten working days before the first day of occupancy if the booking is made less than 30 days prior to occupancy.
(c) Immediately for bookings made within ten working days prior to occupancy.

If payment is not made when due, PSA reserves the right to cancel the booking without notice to allow another member’s booking to be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy:

A cancellation fee equal to one day’s rental will apply:
(a) In the event that notice of cancellation is received less than ten working days before the first day of occupancy.
(b) If payment has not been made, the member is still liable for the cancellation fee.

If notice of cancellation is received 10 working days or more before the first day of occupancy a full refund will be made.

Additional Information:

Overcrowding of units is not permitted as per the NZ fire regulations.
Pets or livestock are not allowed on any of our properties.
All units are smoke free.
Consideration is required for members in surrounding units.
Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.

Any members not observing these conditions will be asked to leave the property by the caretaker day or night.

Cleaning
It is your obligation as a PSA member to ensure the unit is left clean on departure.
Vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms and dustpans are provided.
A cleaning service is available at your cost.
