Terms and Conditions for Aldan Lodge Motel

Payment Policy Credit card details are required to secure all reservations. Direct bookings are payable and charged on the day of arrival. Agent bookings are payable and charged when the booking becomes non-refundable, typically 2 days before the stay date. A 2% credit card surcharge applies to credit card transactions. Accounts must be settled on arrival unless prior arrangements have been made. Overdue accounts are subject to interest at 2.5% per month and an administration fee of $50.00, plus any debt collection and/or legal fees incurred. --- ‘No Show’ bookings will be charged a minimum of one night’s stay. --- Smoking in our rooms will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and may include other charges, such as but not excluded to, loss of revenue. --- all bookings and modifications are subject to availability and confirmation ---

Cancellation Policy Standard Bookings: Free cancellation if done more than 48 hours before the 2 PM check-in. Within 48 hours, 100% of the total booking amount is charged. Special conditions apply for discounted, non-refundable bookings. ‘No Show’: 100% cancellation fee applies. Group Bookings: Bookings Made Outside 30 Days: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellation within 30 days incurs a fee of one night's stay for the whole group. Full payment is required 14 days before arrival and is non-refundable after this point. Up to 2 rooms can be cancelled without penalty between 30-14 days before arrival. Bookings Made Inside 30 Days: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation within 14 days incurs a fee of one night's stay for the whole group. Up to 2 rooms can be cancelled without penalty within this period. Bookings Made and Cancelled Within 14 Days: A cancellation fee of 50% of the first night’s stay applies. ‘No Show’: 100% of the first night’s stay is charged. Amendment Requests: All requests to amend a booking, including changes to dates, room types, or guest numbers, must be communicated directly via email, and followed up by phone when the booking is within 2 weeks of the stay. Amendments are subject to availability and may result in a change to the rates initially confirmed. For bookings requiring manual adjustments, the process may involve cancelling the original booking and creating a new booking. All amendments are considered tentative until confirmed in writing by Aldan Lodge Motel.

Child Policy Children under 2 years of age stay free of charge unless a separate bed or cot is required.
